A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, died on Tuesday after a recent revelation of a rare blood cancer diagnosis.

News of her death was confirmed in a online announcement from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Tatiana passed away this morning. She will forever remain in our hearts.”
Insight into the Condition
In a personal essay in November, she disclosed that she had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia with a rare mutation.
Acute myeloid leukemia is a malignancy that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
